The Sage State 8 or 16 Week Coaching Program

1. Baseline & Current Reality


We begin by establishing your baseline clarifying where you are now, how you’re operating, and the patterns shaping your current results.

2. Vision & Required Frequency


Together, we define a crystal-clear vision of your desired reality and identify the internal frequency (identity, beliefs, emotional state) required to live it consistently.

3. Emotional Conditioning

You learn how to generate and stabilize the emotional experience of that reality as if it already exists, anchoring the new frequency into your nervous system.

4. Adversity Testing & Integration


The new frequency is intentionally tested against real-world pressure, challenges, and triggers. We refine, strengthen, and solidify it until it holds without force or suppression.
